Finding Berkeley Yoga Center (click here for map)

Berkeley Yoga Center is accessed from from Bonar Street, near the cross street of Addison Street. (Bonar is two streets West of Sacramento.)

The entryway requires an access code if you are coming to classes that are not during business hours (after 6:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, or on a Sunday). To get the access code, be sure to contact the instructor or Berkeley Yoga Center beforehand.

Studio C is most easily accessed from 2121 Bonar. Go through the door, walk up the steps, and turn right; Studio C is a few paces ahead, on your right.

By Car: Take Highway 80E toward Sacramento. Exit at University Ave and stay on University Ave, going toward the hills. Go past San Pablo Ave and at the next light, turn right onto Bonar and once you cross Addison, BYC is in the building on the left hand side of the street. Please allow extra time for parking, especially for day-time classes.

By BART: BYC is a ten-minute walk (1/2 a mile) from the North Berkeley BART Station. After exiting the main entrance of the BART Station, turn right (heading South) on Sacramento, walking toward University Ave. Walk four blocks to Addison. Turn right on Addison (heading West). Walk past Target; BYC is two blocks down, on the left side.

By Bus: BYC is also accessible by bus. Call AC Transit at (510) 817-1717 to find the most convenient bus schedule or log onto www.actransit.org.

By Bike: We have a bike rack outside the building where you can lock your bike.
